Ingesuelos was founded in Colombia in 1973 to help the world through construction and design. Ingesuelos wanted to contribute to resolving construction issues that arose from living in a developing third-world country. Ingesuelos' primary concern was the condition of the roads.
As time passed and new opportunities presented, Ingesuelos relocated to Canada, where it could concentrate on various construction projects and opportunities. Ingesuelos wanted to help even more people and ventured into residential and commercial construction as a general contractor, a field that is notoriously beset with issues. Thus, Imperio exists to improve communication with these new customers and to assist them in realizing their construction dreams without the hassle of sourcing multiple contractors.

Juan Zapata
Professional Engineer and Realtor with 25+ years of experience in design and construction of mining, infrastructure, residential and commercial real estate, and energy projects. He has worked on several mining projects around the world and for local Canadian municipal projects for the City of Toronto, City of Mississauga, Town of Oakville, Town of Vaughan, City of Ottawa and the Regions of Durham, Peel, and York, as well as on the construction of the underground subway expansion in Toronto. He is a team player with solid investigative, analytical and problem solving abilities.
Mr. Zapata is an active and successful Realtor which provides a full range of services to project owners from property purchase, design, building permits and construction to property selling.

With expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion, he excels at transforming client ideas into detailed architectural and structural plans, ensuring each vision becomes a reality. His passion for design and project management drives him to deliver exceptional results in every project he undertakes.
MEP Designer
Karan Suva
Karan is a design professional involved in architectural drafting and MEP coordination, with a strong interest in design, construction, and building services. He studied interior design in India and later pursued project management and construction techniques education in Canada. His approach emphasises clarity, coordination, and technical awareness to support efficient and well-integrated project outcomes.
